Workout tapes are my life (so 80s), but I also love yoga/pilates, running, endless beach cruising and gymnastics class (yes, gymnastics), or any other fun class for that matter (obsessed with ballet for awhile-ha!). Incorporating harder workouts throughout the week allows me to keep more entertaining actives a part of my fitness routine, love that!
